No idea.A local garage has an old Renault Master with a setup with like that, but it's front wheel drive.

At first I thought "Ah, it's for shifting rear-engined air-cooled VWs, so it's been strengthened at the back because of the extra weight of the engines over the axle."  But then I realised they could just reverse the VWs onto the truck.

That 309 auto sold for a lot less than that a very short while ago. These eBay flippers are becoming very blatant about it now. Sometimes you have to wonder if stuff like that will ever get driven again, or if it's just dealers desperate to make 50 pence each time.

Sold for £940 previously, currently £900 no bids.

Fascinating concept. Just about any current SUV would sort of come from this concept. A few other companies made similar but this seems the most similar to what I have seen on the road recently like the Vauxhall Mocca etc.

The loose wiring and a gearknob salvaged from a suitcase castor or possibly a doorstop are of particular interest.

While visiting my brother on Saturday he asked if I'd ever thought of buying an American car. I said they were  too expensive for me but maybe I was wrong.

According to the ad nearly a year's MOT and some spares in the boot.

There's been a GP that colour kicking around on eBay for years but I don't know if it's the same one. Anyway that looks fantastic. Probably dismal, but looks fantastic.

I’d roll that. I had a later generation Grand Prix for a while when I was working in the US and found it nicer than the contemporary Ford Taurus and Chevy Monte Carlo.

And look at that interior! Seriously would.

First thing I'd do is throw that euro bumper in the trash and try to get a replacement US one from Poland or somewhere. The McLaren Grand Prix (yes McLaren, even though not the one you think of) was a pretty sweet car though, especially inside:
