They are not all EVs

Look at the weights. The dimensions have increased by about 10% in all directions leading to a doubling of the weight for the petrol ( no doubt some of that being a bigger engine to move the increase weight) and the EV is nearly treble the original.

Today was very fruitful day for spotting,

First was a pair of Holdens, a 1980 WB One Tonner Ute and a 1985 RB Gemini. The WB Ute is fairly common sight as a popular classic, but the RB Gemini was rare when new and very uncommon and unloved these days.

Next was this 1978 Holden UC Torana Coupe, the last of the line for the Torana. Very rare to see a Torana in such original condition, just careworn and well maintained.

But the best was yet to come, just in the next row of the car park was a holy grail spot for me.

It’s only a Rover 416i Vitesse!!!

An Australia only rebadged Honda Integra saloon, that replaced the also Australia only Rover Quintet, a rebadged Honda Quint.

An incredibly rare car that I have been looking to spot for years. This particular one is the top spec Vitesse as indicated by its alloy wheels and colour coded bumpers. It has come a long was as it is Victorian registered, which is very surprising given it is looking very shagged out.

As a former Alfa owner, I feel it takes a certain degree of bravery to commute every day in one that's pushing 25 years old...

I've seen this 166 dicing with the morning traffic for a number of years now but never managed a clear pic.

Also notable as the one-time title holder of 'Britain's Worst-Depreciating Car', just as an extra claim to fame.

That’s awkward looking? There’s a Citroen H van a few posts back, that’s a corrugated shed on wheels and you say the Alfa is awkward? Should have gone to Specsavers . ( other opticians are available).

Almost a clone of mine aside from the wheels. Considering it's driven in the salt it probably won't have much attaching the front bumper to the car anymore. Super rare color (if its Aurora), I could use that bootlid...

I almost missed these in Stenhousemuir earlier.

By unfortunate chance I found myself back there yesterday afternoon. There was another one! How many of these are registered in the UK? If there are one hundred say, 4% are parked in a street in Stenny.
