I don't know if a "generic" classic car club would be able to provide a build date from an Autobianchi VIN - not with enough authority to satisfy DVLA anyway. And NOVA is a potentially major issue when you can't prove when the car was brought into the country - I'm sure Mr Bickle has had some fun and games in that regard in the past. Unfortunately getting it put on a Q plate is not really an option for me, as Q plates are one of the specific exclusions to my insurance policy.
