Pretty clean looking 25... only one owner. Apparently a "Spirit", which is probably what its original owner is by now.

"Ran when parked, M8" and from a dealer with a somewhat checkered review history. What could possibly go right?

I can't help but feel something is a bit off with this one, can't put my finger on it, just feels a bit too cheap perhaps.

A rather rare 1.7 Sportline for our new SEAT mad @SEATMad friend.  Photos aren't the best, and the only mention of Sport line is on the steering wheel, but the wheels are correct spec.  I believe the seats should be leather, but no decent photos of them.

In Spainshire unfortunately, but I believe it is worth the trip.  Anyone got up to date information on importing from Spain?  I haven't ever bought from Spain, or anywhere since Brexit.

My advice would be to do like the paint and run away. And checking the rest of the arches I think that's had quite a bit of pointing done between the brick coloured metal.

I owned this car a number of years ago (around 2014-2015 I think).  It is (or at least was) an incredibly solid ado16 with poor paint.  The elephant in the room (which I was aware of when buying, and made clear when selling) was that it had had a front corner accident in the past, and the front of the inner wing on that side still bore the evidence.  It had had a new front wing and front panel after the accident, which is presumably when the paintwork all went a bit pear shaped.  Other than the accident repairs it hadn't had any welding to that point.  Apart from the paintwork the arches look pretty good in the photos to me, and I doubt it has deteriorated much overall.  If it's still around when (if) my house sale completes I'd be tempted to have it back!

An Austin A35 must be the easiest car ever made to find an engine for, given that 201% of the other ones left are held together with newspaper, filler and hope.
