I'd like to know where they get the French taxi roof light from. I can see a possibility* of a white 406 diesel and a "Marseilles Taxi" sign.....

This seems like a lot of vehicular real estate for £4000 + a day trip to Ireland

I wonder what went through American car designers'* minds back then. Breeze-block styling with pedestrian-friendly protruberances seem to have endured for years.

Remember the moon milage IOW taxi, the Audi 100...

It's still unsurprisingly for sale.  With a bit of a price drop. All for €1500. Which is still about twice it's worth to be honest.

Ambitious seller tho;

"NO OFFERS OR BIDS LAST PRICE"

Well then, the seller can hold onto it a little longer. Next year, maybe....

I was tempted by this last time it was on, but having no paperwork (including, presumably, no NOVA declaration) and being the product of a long-defunct marque which was never imported into the UK anyway, I would imagine registering it here would be borderline impossible.  There's no recognised Autobianchi Owners' Club that I could find, and I would imagine contacting Fiat UK to ask for assistance would result in a response of "u wot m8?".

Shame - it'd look good parked next to the Innocenti.

That one is one of the later ones though, i think you'd be alright in terms of parts...well the mechanical bits, weren't they all just fiat 127s?  i know my mam had one back in the day, pretty sure it's still under a tarp somewhere in darkest northern italy rotting away. It was already rotten as a pear before the tarp was chucked over it and a woodpile created. That must be nearly 25 years ago by now.

Here you go http://www.capassoricambi.it/en/80-a112?p=3  you can crack on now ?
