saucedoctor
I am currently trying to make a mess backup of my mate Gary's laptop. He is that most mental of persons: a Vauxhall apologist (I've posted pics of his MK1 Astras in the past) If there's any interest, I'll post some more pics Here's a taster RobT, Shep Shepherd, Banger Kenny and 11 others

vulgalour
I have never seen a Nova that tidy. Never, ever, ever. Magnificent Rustbucket
Split_Pin
Nice to see a GSi with it's original engine still there instead of an almost-completely-fucked redtop that smokes and pishes water. That's a truly mint example. In 10 years even the high post count tosspots will comment on how nice it is. UmBongo
My neighbour had a mint green version of the booted Nova. He and his family were really horrible people. Anyway, he always parked it on the main road outside his house and one night a drunken idiot in an Escrot came tanking round the corner and smashed the booted mutant to bits. The drunk staggered off but was later apprehended. Karma?
saucedoctor
Cav SRi 130. I've been in this - it even smelled new. It's no MG Montego, mind, but what else is? laser wheels, gallondrunk, Uncle Jimmy and 12 others
saucedoctor
The Nova of Oldness. 1985 car IIRC. From about 5 years ago. scruff, Banger Kenny, Uncle Jimmy and 4 others

Poor man's Metro GTi, but this thing is mintier than mint. 21K miles from new, came with receipts for everything, including the docket for the car itself. 10 grand's worth. As you can see, it's been lowered, but all original bits are there. Powder coated and carefully stored. My mate is obsessive about his cars - has been known to remove the DOORS when cleaning them. Pity he's not so careful with his IT equipment - this netbook is a fucking mess. gallondrunk and laser wheels

Split_Pin
That Corsa is probably the perfect example, best colour too. Speedlines are absolutely allowed too. BUT.... That Cavalier.... Wow!
scruff
That Nova is brill. Happy memories of a summer shagging a ginger equine tutor at college - hers was identical, except plastered in mud and with a interior full of crap.
Asimo
Blimey, that takes me back.My only Vauxhall was A 639 KDG, white Cavalier L, my first "company car". I could have upgraded to an SRi by paying about £500 but I didn't. Always wished I had upgraded mind, because the seats in the Cavalier L were awful and SRi seats are excellent. The saloon body SRi is the ultimate FWD Cavalier!

Cavcraft
Wow, that SRi 130 is Tarmac meltingly hot. My 1.8SRi facelift saloon had the same kit on (as standard) as they were essentially run-out cars before the Mk3 came along. mercrocker
SRi 130 saloon in white. The absolute highlight of my company car-spanking era. Ours had apparently been shunted when still undelivered and was allegedly re-shelled in the dealership. Whatever the truth it was the tautest, tightest FWD Cav I ever drove and the sales spod to whom it was assigned was extremely reluctant to let go of it when the book ran out on it. He would only be placated with a Rover Sterling. Somebody who knew what they were doing down in the engineer's unit bought the Cav and cherished it for years - I had left by then and lost touch with it/him. Nice to see another being so well looked after.
AnthonyG
Lovely Cavalier SRi, seem to be so few of these left now. Nice to see a couple of ordinary Novas being looked after as well.
