The question is what colour? I think something a bit more grown up this time. Possibly a Battleship grey. 🤔 it's NOT an audi! low visibility grey is an audi colour! DoctorRetro
Luckily the tax worked at the post office, so the 'Chevy' is taxed now. Repainted the wheel trims as the black looked terrible. Not that the silver looks much better. 🤣 Chucked some better carpet in the AX boot. America muscle! 🤣 Interior feels very Corsa C.. DoctorRetro
Started cleaning the engine bay, it will be a long process.. Grille has been previously stripped for spraying so was a grey colour. That needed rectifying. I know how much the people of Autoshite love modifications, and bright colours... 😜 Had some paint left over from littlun's bike. It'll go the same as the whatever the rest of the car ends up eventually, but no reason not to have fun with it eh? busmansholiday
I bought this on Wednesday, the brakes on mine are shite because somebody has isolated the o/s/r (and removed the wheel cylinder). Parts are fortunately cheap. DoctorRetro, Low Horatio gearbox, Asimo and 1 other

MissAxWomble will buy it back for any price if it ends up yellow, I have today been informed! Great work on the grille - stripped but never got round to spraying it, there was always a wishbone/clutch/brake pads/engine to be fixing or changing. Was a horrid flakey mess beforehand, but that mod is ace! Nice level of car when modifications aren't realistically going to affect the value that much.. mk2_craig, Low Horatio gearbox and DoctorRetro

AxWomble
I don't blame you, the stencilled names will make a good story if it gets uncovered during a Wheeler Dealers style restoration in the year 2055 or something 😂

Zelandeth
I reckon grill and rubbing strips would do it. I'd keep the wheels black or dark grey. Plus side too is I found it was a really forgiving colour to spray. Just don't do it on a warm day or you'll have every bug in the country stuck to it. Soundwave
Agree with the above, too many large black bits with yellow and it'll look like a bumblebee. DoctorRetro

Zelandeth
Sorry...The line missing for the door shut on that edited image was bugging the hell out of me because it made it look like a featureless blob between the windows.
