bramz7
Following some requests and the reality that I should start posting on here again, what better way to start than by spamming the forum with my spots?I've somehow ended up going abroad multiple times in the time since I last posted, so I'll start with those.1975 Chrysler 180. by Sam Osbon, on FlickrNice 180 seen near my hotel in Madrid.1969 SEAT 124 Familiar. by Sam Osbon, on FlickrNot so nice 124 seen in a typical neighbourhood. Jon
It's great to see you back and don't worry if your spotted thread goes to page 2 pretty quickly, as most people's do. Just means I can witter endlessly in mine and not bother anyone, at least. Now we just need to convince Trigger to continue his and I reckon most of the old guard quality spotters will be back in the game! Is there a way of finding out the ages of Italian cars by their reg. plates? I'm guessing that the Rome plates went from black to white some time in the mid-80's but that early Delta looks fantastic with the black ones and those miniature front ones just look perfect. Split_Pin
Welcome back B'77. I remember seeing loads of those quad lamp Renault 12s and Seat 131s in The Balearics in the early 1990s and I made sure I got a Guisval model of them both. Some incredible cars still going over there. I had totally forgotten about the Lancia Prisma and the Regatas are ace too!
Jon
Frankly, you could fill your thread with early Deltas and I'd be a happy viewer - the radiator muffs on that one are a particularly nice touch. I've never registered the hints of Volvo 340 styling in them before, though maybe that's the chrome work and paint shade of that one, rather than the actual shape. They've both got big thick C-pillars though, I suppose.
