chadders
This is now just sitting on the drive as we've just bought a Skoda Roomster and we're reducing the number of cars as our eldest son now works at a school a mile away rather than 25 miles away. We've had it for over 9 years and it's been serviced and MOT'd every year by our local village garage. It's done about 78,000 miles and has a MOT until December. It's been very reliable and used no oil. The cambelt will need replacing in January and no doubt it'll need some more welding to pass the MOT Thee bodywork is not brilliant as to be expected with a 16 year old C15, especially the front of the bonnet where the plastic cover acts as a water trap. The indicator stalk is fixed with tape but it's been like that for about 5 years and my son hasn't been bothered about it so neither was I. About 3/4 tank of DERV - a bit like the old Skoda jokes as to how to double the value of a Skoda - put some petrol in it. It's 1868 according to the logbook.I don't know the PSA engine type but its number starts with DXEM. Please ignore all the bits in the back - the Missus planned on using as a sort of mini- camper but that never happened. It was ply lined and insulated before we bought it - the previous owner used to stay in it when he went fishing.. Here's the pics - complete with obligatory peeling lacquer: jumpingjehovahs, eddyramrod, anonymous user and 7 others

crapcarcollector
I’ve just broached the subject of acquiring this with Mrs CCC to add to the fleet. I don’t think it will heading this way. Sorry. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
anonymous user
Would love this, I don't suppose there be any chance of a Shiteley delivery to South Wales (I'm lazy and don't travel well)

The Moog
Try bucketeer deliveries. I would imagine he would love to pilot this.
anonymous user
Looks like someone may already be in before me, but would take up bucketeer services if available, God forbid that I have to try out public transport, I'm not good at it and will probably end up in Cornwall or Scotland by mistake. doubleyeller

anonymous user
Err, I think that's my van you're talking about. Does bucketeer get paid in pies, brandy or cold hard cash? chadders

robinmasters
BARGAIN. I'd be ostracized by my family if I arrived home in this, but it's seems entirely possible to live in it, judging by Mrs Chadders' efforts. If you can live with the sauna ambience the paneling creates, that is. chadders and Marm Toastsmith
