Citroen C15 for sale - 3 months MOT £250

This is now just sitting on the drive as we've just bought a Skoda Roomster and we're reducing the number of cars as our eldest son now works at a school a mile away rather than 25 miles away.

We've had it for over 9 years and it's been serviced and MOT'd every year by our local village garage.

It's done about 78,000 miles and has a MOT until December. It's been very reliable and used no oil.

The cambelt will need replacing in January and no doubt it'll need some more welding to pass the MOT

Thee bodywork is not brilliant as to be expected with a 16 year old C15, especially the front of the bonnet where the plastic cover acts as a water trap. The indicator stalk is fixed with tape but it's been like that for about 5 years and my son hasn't been bothered about it so neither was I.

About 3/4 tank of DERV - a bit like the old Skoda jokes as to how to double the value of a Skoda - put some petrol in it.

It's 1868 according to the logbook.I don't know the PSA engine type but its number starts with DXEM.

Please ignore all the bits in the back - the Missus planned on using as a sort of mini- camper but that never happened.

It was ply lined and insulated before we bought it - the previous owner used to stay in it when he went fishing.

.

Here's the pics - complete with obligatory peeling lacquer:

That's a bargain; love Visa-family motors. BoLWTS.

I’ve just broached the subject of acquiring this with Mrs CCC to add to the fleet.

I don’t think it will heading this way.

Sorry.

Would love this, I don't suppose there be any chance of a Shiteley delivery to South Wales (I'm lazy and don't travel well)

Try bucketeer deliveries. I would imagine he would love to pilot this.

Looks like someone may already be in before me, but would take up bucketeer services if available, God forbid that I have to try out public transport, I'm not good at it and will probably end up in Cornwall or Scotland by mistake.

Love it, if I hadn't just bought the 205...

Do you fancy sharing it? ;)

Err, I think that's my van you're talking about. Does bucketeer get paid in pies, brandy or cold hard cash?

Overstrand, about 1.5 miles east of Cromer in North Norfolk

Wow! Another shiter in North Norfolk, that brings the tally up to 3 now.

Welcome from Wells.

BARGAIN. I'd be ostracized by my family if I arrived home in this, but it's seems entirely possible to live in it, judging by Mrs Chadders' efforts. If you can live with the sauna ambience the paneling creates, that is.

That looks surprisingly solid for a C15...Nice to see one not white too.

Didn't Citroen market them as Van Rouge and Van Blanc in their sales material back in the day?

That's an absolute bargain sir. Funny we have recently bought a roomster, they are bloody awesome and nailed on future shite.

I've nothing else to add

I bet that would be a right giggle for autotests....

This is now residing behind my gate, many thanks go to Chadders and especially to Bucketeer for bringing it down to me. Hopefully his journey back will be uneventful.

So, Visa 40th anniversary celebration at Little Horwood beckons! As a Visa van owner, you have no excuse not to be there... :-)

I have no idea where that is, but I expect Bucketeer passed it on the way down. Sadly I shall be unable to attend on this occasion

It looks like it's been put behind bars, after being able to roam freely on my drive.
