Does not go on the Swansea system. When I recommission vehicles that have been in long term storage, I get the guy I go to for MoTs to do an Inspection. And he knows that I'm happy for him to do things like take wheels off etc so he can really check properly. Often he gives me a list of "needs attention" and points out it would have passed an MoT.
