PhilA
I cut down a toothbrush and fitted the head into a piece of dowel. Trimmed the bristles and checked for fitment- success. It's clamped now so the glue can fully set overnight. The guides should clean up, I'll lap the seats and reassemble. So far so good Phil somewhatfoolish, LightBulbFun and paulplom
PhilA
Glue alone didn't work, so I drilled a 1/16" hole through the top of the stick to hold the brush on, and hammered a pin through to hold it in place. This proved successful and the guides cleaned up, with the brush and brake cleaner flushing through into cloth below. Started to lap the valves in. Ran out of time but it's starting to look good already. Phil mat_the_cat, adw1977, spartacus and 4 others
PhilA
Got this far with the valves. Engine needs to be rotated to bring the followers off the cam to do the rest. Phil scdan4, spartacus, Skizzer and 9 others 11
DeeJay
Now you have to polish the rest to match the valves. PhilA

I mean it was very impressive, then I just saw the scale of it! the first picture for some reason made me think it was being drawn on a plank of wood something a bit wider than a 2x4, then i realised it was the entire wall! that is seriously impressive! my hubnut beanie is well and truly doffled DeeJay and PhilA 1
