I'm having trouble deciding which car to take. Obviously I want it to be something interesting (took the Infiniti Q45 last year which confused everybody). I'm trending towards either the '95 Cadillac DeVille or the 1999 Mazda Xedos 9 Millercycle as I've never taken either to a show. Everything else is too normal or won't be ready in time!

Good evening all,
    Rustival four is fast approaching. We have 850 cars coming in for
what promises to be an incredible show.
  But with this is mind we need your help to ensure that arrival runs
perfectly.
We have attached a site plan where Clubs appear in purple. Please
acquaint yourself with where your club will be parking.
Please ask all Club members to display the attached (you guessed it)
purple Club sign in their front windscreen so the Museum marshalls can
direct them in the first instance.
There will be a marshal in a purple high vis to help guide you. This
marshall is marked with a purple star on the plan - If you need any help
please let this person know.
All spaces will be marked with a cone - Can we please have the cones
back if they are not collected by the marshal.
If we can please ask that any early arrivals in your club could guide
others into their spaces.
Spaces have been given as per your booking - Please do not overspill
your club stand as there are clubs parked next to each other.
We look forward to seeing you all soon.

Do we know if there are any spots on the club stand available? I know some people aren't coming/will come in a modern instead so it would be useful to know.

If you're now not coming or will be in general parking and you're prepared to offer up your Autoshite place please let us know and we'll try some match-making. @N Dentressangle, sorry yes an Exhibitor's Ticket is required to be able to park on the club stand.

Gates open to Vehicle Exhibitors on the day at 7.30am. All display vehicles must be in place by 9.30am. Show hours are 10am to 3pm.

fuck it! ill call dibs on this, if someone has not already? if people really are ok with pushing me about in a wheel chair!, the Flower Farm meet went well and did not knacker me as much as I feared, so perhaps I can stretch to Rustival

I'm pretty sure you don't need to transfer the tickets anymore as they don't check what car you have booked in

good to know @HillmanImp has very kindly just emailed me over his ticket, so fingers crossed all being well I should be there on the day! (I have ordered some hearing protection as well because with 2-3 hours on the M40 at 50-60Mph its probably a good idea!)

I wonder if Mr Imp can get the Child ticket refunded? I certainly wont be taking any children with me, not unless @beko1987's children end up sneaking into where the folding wheelchair goes!

EDIT: or I could swap my ticket with someone else who has decided they want to bring a child with them?

I'm almost tempted to say if drive out and meet you somewhere then drive up but you'd be there mega early for the exhibitor parking and I won't be 😂 

Can have a turn pushing you around in a wheelchair though 👌 Could use you to clear a path for the rest of us...

Do we have to turn the 4 wheel wheelchair into a 3 wheel one so your comfortable though 🤔  I do have  a pair of crutches in the cupboard too if you'd like me to bring one/both for you to use for short spells/getting closer to things? If we do go wandering and end up in the 2nd floor of the jag building you'd get upstairs in a wheelchair but it'd be pretty useless after that (tightly packed cars)

Sorry you won't make it Mr Livered, can whoever has taken his ticket let me know who you are please? I believe you're already down to have a club space so that would free up Mr Livered's space for re-allocation. @LightBulbFun is now identifying as a HillmanImp (I'll bring a shooting stick for you to try Dez (combined walking stick and one legged stool for resting on). bangernomics has said that Benzyl's space is free which hopefully means that @Blake's Den, @Schaefft and @mat_the_cat can all be accommodated on the Autoshite stand(subject to confirmation!)
