The website says that exhibitors must be in place by 9:30. It doesn't say the time you can leave, but is it the case that you can't move until the show finishes at 3pm?

We'd certainly prefer that folk don't leave too early. It's a big show and people have a lot of cars to get around. Our aim is to provide enough to do that you don't really want to leave early, which seems pretty successful so far.

Cool. I was thinking that if the person I’m bringing has to get back a bit earlier for reasons which he can’t avoid  will we be able to leave or will the gates be locked on us. It’s only hypothetical - hopefully we will be able to stay the whole time.

Annoyingly I was waiting for other people to get their shit in order so I missed the deadline for tickets. If I manage to get one I will pop over and say hi.

I’m a bit confused, I’ve booked my ticket (a while ago) following the link,  and I don’t remember seeing anything about the event being sold out, but my ticket just looks like a standard BMM pass?

The website now says that the event is sold out but you can buy tickets to the museum, although these won’t allow you to park with the exhibitors.

How do I know if I have an exhibitor ticket!?!?

Yeah, I can’t see that on mine. A bit frustrating as followed the link and the instructions! 
 

If I can’t get in as an exhibitor I’ll have to leave the Jag in the visitor car park.

Don't be too sad, we were knackered and done and left at about 3.30pm after Rustival 1. 

I say left, we walked out and into the 'normal parking' and joined the many other people walking around the thoroughly fine chod parked out there for another half an hour before actually leaving the site 😂 (almost) just as much fun outside as in

It's looking unlikely I will be exhibiting this year... So if anyone wants to swap a guest ticket for my exhibitor ticket then I'm open to that. @grogee is planning on giving me a lift. 

No idea how we'd make this happen with the ticket details etc but open to try... Would be better to have more shite there than less, right!?

How much did you pay? Exhibitor tickets were £13, I think visitor tickets are £16.

other than for the first Rustival it hasn't matter what you bring versus what you registered

Still an issue on mobile, not an issue on desktop. Might just need to clear the cache/cookies but it is an odd one.

Strange. 

We have more exhibitor tickets which we're ROFLCOPTERing right now. Ends next Friday at 6pm. Five pairs of tickets (one driver, one passenger) up for grabs at £1 per ticket. All funds (bar Raffall fees) will be going to Cancer Research UK.
