eBay tat volume 3.

Been offered this for £900. Hobby car of an OCD garage owner who maintains Embassy 4x4s, so I reckon very well maintained.  '69 or '70 and RHD. £900. Snag is it's in Botswana. But that means rot free. If this is the dream car of a regular I can help with buying/storing/shipping. You could have this in the UK & registered for £2,500 to £3,000. post-18080-0-57763200-1448614793_thumb.jpg

I'm always amazed by these 'dealers' who think they can make a 100% profit for doing absolutley nowt. Why would anyone give them £8000 for that Rover when they could have bought it at a well-attended and publicised public auction a few weeks eralier for half that? Then they say 'we are sellling this vehicle for light recommissioning' well why don't you do some of that recommissioning and get it roadworthy or something? Add a bit of value to it FFS, give yourself a chance at least. Finally that advert is impossibly lame with almost no information about the car apart from a chunk of text straight off Wikipedia that tells you nowt about this particular example. Verdict: RUBBISH
