Tayne
/\ Porterhouse!! there is a brown Audi in my parking spot, i want it towed immediately! Might be wroth going to view, sounding the chap out about price and then making a cash offer to avoid all those nasty ebay fees.
trigger
I was thinking that, I nearly emailed him but he states NO BUY IT NOW at the bottom of the listing. It needs work though, I guess if it's straight it will need £2000 of paintwork to bring it back up to a decent standard again and with my measly budget of £2500 i doubt he'll sell it for £500, I wouldn't be surprised if it gets up to £1500-2000 by the end of the listing even in it's current state, It hard to guess though so i haven't seen one up for sale for years. Tayne
There's a world of difference between going to view with the intention of bidding and asking a few gentle questions and sending an email which says "HOW MUTCH 4 CASH M8. COLLEC 2NITE!" Whilst I'd still be round there poking and prodding, I fear you may be right in your estimates.

brammy777
That mega long Granada is apparently in Farnborough, no idea where though... I think it's one of the more well off areas looking at the houses. I may have to try and spot that before it's sold.

Pete-M
I've been hovering over the MAKE OFFER button for the last 5 minutes. Bloody miles away though... It's a day of mucking about. Couple of trains and a few hours driving an Allegro Estate. Even if you just buy the ticket on the day if the thing manages 30 mpg on the way home it's gonna cost less than a couple of hundred quid to get it home - and you get to drive it a couple of hundred miles. Hit the button. Buy the fecker, post loads of pics. Even if it all goes monumentally tits up the breakdown services will get you home.
