I have a lot of die cast, some 70's and some modern. Much cheaper than the real thing.

That Sprite is a brilliant find for only 20p! Bloody hell they were more than that new, I should know as I bought one with my pocket money back in the old days when everything was steam powered and you could leave your house unlocked etc etc. I love Spot-On models but they were hard to find when I were a lad and more expensive than Dinky or Corgi. I still have my Sprite but it's had a hard life. I'm just getting around to putting my old models in display cabinets and the Spot-On one is filling up nicely. Now if you'd like to sell me that Sprite for say 50p you'll have made a profit. :-D

Yeah all resolutely 1/42 Scale regardless of subject, meaning that some of the trucks were quite large compared to Dinkys and Corgis. I need to get this side by side with my Dinky 1800 and also compare engine detail. The Dinky is certainly more robust.
