barrett
That Simca Mille photo us superb, but I'm afraid I only lasted two minutes of the OP. Obviously my threshold of enjoying middle-aged men stumbling over a bad script is lower than I thought it would be. The filter on the film looks nice though! garethj
I enjoyed the details and admire how they managed to find locations that look right. Obviously the acting was more local amateur dramatic society than $10,000,000 blockbuster but I've seen plenty of films from the big studios that have been a disgrace to RADA, luvvie. barrett
Yeah I'm just being harsh innit, if I had loads of money I'd spend all my time making homages to the golden age of gritty British TV etc. Just the bit I watched looked great with the slightly scruffy '30s semi and the bilge parked outside, I reckon Instagram has sort of democratised this type of endeavour, you can easily find a nice run down '60s industrial estate or whatever and take picture of your '70s motor with an appropriately 'aged' look. I'm fully in favour of this sort of thing, I'm just a misanthropic cunt so feel free to ignore my negative vibes anonymous user
Mr_Bo11ox
The script is dreadful - 'trying too hard' - but the look of the thing seems spot on to me and its still pretty entertaining. A solid 7.8/10 from 'Barry Norman' Bo11ox. barrett
