I certainly wouldn't go near someone who has a running angle grinder and obviously doesn't give a shit about anything!

Also, would you stop someone who has an angry grinder in their hand?  I'd possibly run him down in a car, but the risk of him using it as a weapon is rather high.

Both points well put.

It's because of utter scum like those arseholes that I have a £10 bike in pink, which no-one would ever want to steal.  My bike lamps cost more than the bike.

It's because of utter scum like those arseholes that I make sure there's somewhere secure to store my bike at the other end of any journey. If I take it to work, it goes behind my desk with me.

Spectacularly awful. And getting worse.

SOME people are spectacularly awful.  It's a shame that those who are spoil it for everyone else.

What I don't understand is why someone filmed him.but didn't stop him and phone the police.

No guard on that grinder. Be a massive shame if the disc shattered in his hands. Quite like to see how he’d explain that at the infirmary...

Why am I the one who has to 'hold it together' for the family 🤷‍♂️

Nice folk turn to me for help and support etc, but fuck me this week has made me need a little time off 😅

Also Work - Same old shit. No money etc... More people gone down the road, same negative environment, but it pays well (pension is poor) ... and I've avoided all Redundo slots so far 🤞

0440 and I'm just back from A&E, on my own.  They couldn't even tell me when they would know if they were keeping MrsR in.  She's had no sleep and therefore neither have I, because of the crippling pain in her stomach, which is probably down to her gallstones.  But fuck me, they've never been this bad.  So now I'm under a duvet on the settee, with my little dog who can't understand why we suddenly went out in the middle of the night.

Update: she's going for a scan this morning and may be operated on later.

'Like' for the possibility of something being done to help her - and you, by extension!

Best thoughts with you both.

Just discovered someone used a Toyota Crown Coupe MS75 as a banger racer at Ipswich last month, very sad to see:

MS75 TOYOTA CROWN 2600 HARDTOP

There were a few Granada MK1s and MK2s there, a youtube commenter asked "How many of the Granadas there were stolen?".

Sorry to hear you both have another challenge Eddie, I know it's awful having to leave loved ones alone at Hospital as I've had similar with my wife recently ( now mended) . Easily said but try and get some rest yourself and make sure you eat etc.

Bon chance Eddie. Seems you really have been through the mill. I'm glad to hear an op is happening which will hopefully get rid of the pain. Fingers crossed for you both

I truly realised I need to stop doing 75 hours a week when it took me nearly an hour at work to realise I was still wearing my pyjama top. I really need a week off.

@cobblers take that time off as soon as you feasibly can and if possible spend it doing something you enjoy which will take you away from the regular routine and rejuvenate you. (I recommend sailing but whatever floats your boat - see what I did there?).

Work have just cancelled everyone's annual leave bookings for the THIRD TIME because they've got their heads up their arses and can't calculate anyone's leave accrual after an internal reshuffle.

They won't uphold any existing bookings and are making us all scrabble for leave at Christmas. Repeatedly.

Boils my fucking piss, they admit it's their fault but are leaving us to clean their shit up.

All go off sick, extra level of work stress 🤷‍♂️ Give them a taste of 'sort that lot out' 😅

FFS, just realised that I forgot to cancel my parking in Belfast from this morning on the JustPark app when I got back to the car. Completely slipped my mind.

Total billed time for parking at Cromac Street Car Park - 8hrs 38 mins. Thank you for your custom.

I was only parked there for half an hour...

Wife update: she's out of surgery, but asleep now and probably will be until morning.  I have to assume the op was a success.
