I think the bus is really good, but the top one (thought it was a Volvo 740 but it seems to have a Chrysler / Dodge badge), is a bit home made and the Mini is hurting my eyes.

There were short works rally cars made, as below

but that one posted above looks much shorte, got to be a ‘tribute’ of some car surely?

If that lady lives to be 102 and the care home staff have to help her with cleanup in the bathroom, it will still say "All Aboard. All yours"

Isn't that what it says now?

Yeah, but it's gonna be even less inviting by then - like a soggy Renault that's been left in the grass, bits will have fallen off, and what's left will just be wob & dreams...

Yes, that was the point. Permanence is sort of the point of a tattoo, but I suspect the implications of that aren't always considered.

Feck I thought that was my stepson for a minute.  Wouldn’t put it past him to be so stupid, he did after all spend his last £70 on his first tat when about 20 and about a week before his 125 insurance was due. Idiot thought we’d pay for it again, as if 4 years of us funding his every move wasn’t enough.  Shite bag sloped off to Wales a couple of years back, had a baby with some skanky bird, had baby adopted away from them as courts decided they were unfit to parent.  Split with skanky bird and has no moved to bath. Sorry Bath…. And we get almost daily calls on the scrounge, which we ignore of course.  He honestly believes his mums income is his by birth right.  Tosser.

I feel like you have made a poor choice of forum in which to use that analogy...

I drove past an off licence a couple of weeks ago and workmen were removing the sign above the shopfront. It left exposed an even older sign, listing a phone number and email address. Who emails an off licence?

"To whom it may concern,

I am interested in acquiring some items of the following varieties and quantities:

Strongbow (pint cans) x 4
Benson & Hedges (Gold) x 20

If you could advise me as to price and availability, I would be most grateful and will organise a courier to suit your schedule and any likely lead time for ordering.

Yours faithfully,
horriblemercedes"
