@Kiltox is our resident expert on these matters, but I would assume so, given that Renault can't / won't actually replace a Fluence battery if it sharts itself now, so the lease agreement isn't worth the paper it's written on.

That's almost close enough to get back to mine on a charge, and it's almost cheap enough to be tempting...

I've seen this yesterday. The fact that the seller is claiming this car is overall in very good condition despite the abs system clearly throwing fault codes doesn't help (no issues mentioned in the ad at all). Still cheap for the mileage.

I've always wondered this.
If someone has a car repossessed and someone applies for the V5 using a V62k, if I remember, it sends a letter to the previous holder of the V5 asking them if there is any reason why a new V5 shouldn't be divvied out.

What if they say "No, I don't agree"?

Nope. I've been looking at that one and off the last few times it's been for sale, and it does keep getting closer and closer, but I don't have the mental strength let alone the money to invest* in that, as nice as it could potentially be

I don't know, but items sold at auction are usually free and clear of previous liens etc so I suspect if you proved to the doovla that's how you bought it, you'd be ok.

Oh my. I need a sit down. That's a fine if very rusty piece of Italian auto art. Great shame it's lost its history, as a RHD it will have a tale to tell. IIRC Breadvan had one of these briefly, although that might have been after he departed these brown pages. 

Edit to add; someone's got a bargain at 560 beer tokens. Only the same again in MIG wire needed. 🤣

It is slammed rat look yo!. It even has a roof rack and patina, just needs a pineapple.
The  seats look too new, I am no ADO expert but the seats look out of a seventies car. I love the colour though.
