Another totally unexpected spot, a crusty AMC Javelin last on the road in '07, Pateley Bridge, North Yorkshire.

Wow! I proper love these. That's an early one before they put the horrid front wing lumps on them. What a shame...

That's awesome, I knew someone on here would know him. I met him outside trying to start his T3 Bus. Apparently had the AMC for 25 years, kids keeping him from getting it sorted hah.

I'll trt better next time but I managed to catch up with local MR-2, I've only noticed it in the last couple of months; maybe it was garaged previously.

Your Excel makes the Mister Too look rather ungainly.

Thank you. I'd like to and mostly agree but I do think that when viewing the Excel from the rear 3 quarter angle it looks quite awkward itself.

Only had a really quick look on the way past, but at a glance passing by it didn't look at all bad as a passer by.

Did take a mental note of the make and model. Now that information has been completely wiped.

Only in LHD, and only 21k made. Although that one looks like it's been made up of various bits, as it's on a Q plate. So could be RHD. I've never knowingly seen one. But I'd love a drive of that.

I thought it was some kind of Daihatsu Cuore. Right on the make, apparently something called a Daihatsu Trevis, based on the Mira.

Phone camera nearing it's maximum zoom but this had a long term owner vibe to it (also seeing something like this in January!) PXL_20250124_134449542.thumb.jpg.527530b7063f1179a25e0dd7443acabc.jpg

Same owner since 1982, apparently.

I spotted an electric MGB earlier. The number plate said ‘ELECTRIC’ but it had a trade plate on the dash.

Spotted among the Porsches and Range Rovers - still has most recent tax disc in the window. Within the C charge zone, presumably powering through and paying the ULEZ charge to drive in style.
