Never seen one of those before ...

I have, a few. Honda kind of copied it a bit later

You too could own one (although the one on ebay seems about 1k over priced to me)

You must be near me somewhere, as I've previously spotted that around Horsforth in Leeds.

Forgot to actually reply to this! I deliver sofas for a well known national chain and so I'm out and about all over t'shop. I'm based near Cleckheaton though.

Christ! That Autocar tractor unit is a rare thing to see over here. Looks absolutely lovely too.

Another food truck, in Gallic flavour. Maybe I'm just a miserable cunt but I really don't know why people feel compelled to put pressed steel black plates on relatively "new" stuff like this.

I’ve heard that’s what they take you away in when you go on pre-mod, and whilst you’re in the back they beat you with a pillow case filled with poorly made ball joints sent from Euro Car Parts.

Whilst @Rust Collector was busy on AS working this afternoon, I snapped a pic of his wonderful conveyance dozing in the afternoon sun.

It almost looks alright if you stand on the other side of the road and squint! 😅

A well used 500 in Rome showing all the signs of a regular if not daily driver:

The Vatican Christmas tree is going up this morning. I took this pic but  the real subject was the special diplomatic plated mk1 focus estate!

I probably should have shared these before. Local rubbish near work. This thing is quite regularly driving around, despite being absolutely hanging:

Pretty sure it’s the same guy who owns this pile of shite made up of a rotting Mini, moped problem, BMXs leaning up against the back and Mk2 Fez:

I’m amazed that none of this stuff gets nicked. Even the bikes aren’t chained up. Before you go, though, zoom in and check out how wobbly that sill is on the Fiesta!

Not something you see every day, though I imagine they were pretty much standard street furniture around here in the 70s/80s given we're just up the road from Luton.

Excuse the quality of the photo, camera in this new phone is absolute garbage compared to the old one.

Not as crap as this photo taken through a hotel window.
Liverpool this morning - stayed overnight and saw not a lot of AS - this was the best

Very nice to see a MK1 Punto out and about in the wild, especially in that green colour. Can't think of the last time I saw one.

Thought about stopping for a chat but I inferred it was just an insignificant daily driven vehicle rather than an enthusiast!
