I think there is a slight difference in the wheel base .

I very nearly drove into the middle of Aberdeen when visiting a friend up there - nope, it's a £60 penalty charge in that zone if you stray in with a non compliant vehicle. As I need to deal with the London one relatively regularly given it includes Heathrow, I'd figured they would all work similarly. Glad I checked!
