Lazy spotters thread

Something made me think this could be a Shiter's S-Class, it just had that sort of look.  Nice to see motoring up the A1, anyway.

The BBC were confident nobody would notice the cost cutting initiatives on the set design for the new Tardis.

Having had one of these, but in slightly better nick, I had to take a pic of this wonderful piece of shite. Work in progress by the look of it.

These two Rovers were within a few spaces of each other. Coupe is a 2.5 diesel.

I spotted the diesel converted Rover Coupe above last year and came across it again last week, not in such good shape now and with several of its relatives for company, including an SD1.

The tidy looking CX was sighted elsewhere

No pics and not shite, but i have just seen a real aston martin cygnet out on the road.

Too scared to even look how much they cost.

Seems a definite case of more money than sense.

Looked it up £30,000 for a 22 year old toyota iq !

Today's spot from Stoney Stratford.

My old man's 300 was silver over grey. It was built like a bank vault.

It seemed fast as fook back then, would probably sit flat out all day.

A proper Mercedes, before it went to shit.

Still shit now.

A local-ish garage seemed to close its doors during the COVID times, and never reopened them.

Over the past few years, a load of the older cars that had been left outside for years have gradually vanished - including a Renault 5 Baccara and a pair of terminally crusty X1/9s, which have probably been profiled somewhere on this thread - leaving only one vehicle remaining as of yesterday:

Yup, a Volvo 340.

Doesn't look too bad, but I daresay being parked on grass won't have done the underside many favours.

Last MOT'd expired in 2016, and I'll be very surprised if it sees another one...

Edit: found a pic I posted up five years back, showing the Renault:

The Fiats must already have been gone prior to 2019 - time flies, hey?

It was a nice surprise to see this earlier when out with the dog. It looked just right, just like they did in the early nineties, a bit scruffy but not messed about. It looked great.
