This sort of thing was big in Malta in the 90s (and might still be now but I've not been back in 20 years). 

A Triumph 1300 claiming to have an overhead cam engine.

And a Marina proudly boasting its B Series diesel. 

Whilst I was there once I enquired in a local motor factors. They made them to order, just come back in a couple of days. So I ordered a pair. Unfortunately they didn't have any older Triumph logos so I had to make do with the Leyland plughole. I can't remember the exact wording I chose but I didn't claim to have an overhead cam like the one above! 

I kind've thought it would be funny at the time. Like a lot of things on holiday that don't seem such a good a good idea when you get home. So I never fitted them but I still have them somewhere in the loft if I ever change my mind. And I got a much better souvenir of Malta than most people come home with.

They were everywhere at the time but at a time when every photo cost actual money those were the only three I took pictures of. These days I'm sure it would be quite easy to knock some up if you want to try and restart the trend.
