But most of all the 3 wheel piaggio pick ups. They are just awesomely shit. Anyone know roughly how much it would cost to get one containers over as I don’t fancy driving one over the Alps.

They've been available over here for donkey's years... have a look on ebay ;-)

Popped to a second hand items shop in Veliko Tarnova today and was greeted by this beauty.....

Owner was stood having a fag and was slightly bemused at my interest

Fell over a mk1 Mondeo just down the road which had No duct tape on the bumpers!

No pic as I'd left my phone in the Scoob....

Yep...that made me grin.

Bloody flights to get here didn't mind you!

Haven't quite decided if it was worth it yet...

I booked the Hull Zeebrugge ferry for the Le Mans 24h tonight.  I'm going with an old friend and staying with a Mme who has an old farm very close to the Porsche Curves. I haven't been for a couple of years for dull reasons and this completes the double with the Nurburgring 24h I'm going to with my son a month or so before.  :-D

Today I built a tower:

I really need something like that to sort the inside of our atrium roof and to change the light bulbs over the pool table...

Today I have a running MGF! Spade connector, who'd have thought it.

Had daughter #3 here this afternoon, with her 'new' Fiesta.

She said the old one barely made it to the garage that she turned it in to, had to be pushed the last 1/4 mile.

Some kid asked if it was for sale and was told it was fubar'd but persisted despite being told it probably wouldn't get to the end of the road.

He insisted and paid £75 for it (someone here perhaps)?

The garage bloke told her that, apart from that, he had found a diagnostic computer plugged in under the dash and flogged it on eBay for £50 :)

Other than the poor flight home, I've just had a great business trip to Berlin and was lucky enough to be taken around for a quick sight seeing, in this wonderful Russian 4x4 called an Olga. :)

Cart spring suspension, engine between the front seats and a crazy reduction box.

What an amazing truck and city!

That 929 is a beauty. I used to spot it all the time, it lives up the top of Varusha north. I even left a note enquiring about it's availability after it hadn't moved for ages. Didn't get a response. Good to see it's still alive.

That’s a UAZ 452, often known as a Bukhanka (translation : “loaf”).

In production since 1965 and you can still buy a new one.

Wait a minute, you were taken sightseeing by a Russian named Olga?

I think those were the wrong pics...

Hand a chuckle when a friend of mine showed off his new Audi a3 yesterday, over £300 per month for the next 3 years and a substantial down payment to lease..

He is a "keep up with the Jones`s" type of guy and it will do very little mileage but it looks nice on his drive.

His money so his choice but being a friend i just nodded politely "yeah nice"

Yesterday, my friend and I hooked up his 1991 Talbot Campervan to my wife's Fiesta and after a while we were able to start it for the first time this year.

We then decided it needed a run out and also remembered we had to pick his fifteen year old son up from his girlfriends so we combined both missions, mainly to cause maximum embarrassment to said son.

This being achieved, we maxed it out down the Acle Straight at a heady 54mph.

A great time was had by all...

Except the Son, who doesn't really do "Cool" in the same way as us Old 'UN's.

Got CV boot swapped and rebushed the track rod end this morning. Driveshaft would not budge without the puller, all sorted now. Happy days!

Went into the Poundworld next door to my local Aldi after doing my shopping and picked up 2 of these. They don't appear to be working (probably dead batteries) but still, nae bad!

EDIT: Oh right. Opened one and took a little plastic tab off the winder and pushed it in. Works now. D'oh!

I spent quite a long time looking on the ado16 stand and has given me quite a bit of inspiration + energy.
