Finally foumd a house after a year of searching. My two bed upstairs flat is available for rent for £450 including a garage. Lovely quiet area with all amenities within two minutes walk. Shell garage/Spar, post office, co-op and even a fish and a chip shop nearly opposite. Loads of parking too.

Available 26th of April. NE225YP.

The downside is you'll be living above my mother..

A friend of mine posted a new profile picture she'd drawn for herself, I liked the style of it so I half-joking asked if she'd do me one. She said she'd do it as a commission, so we agreed a price and I sort of forgot about it for a week.

She sent me the files last night, and I'm quite happy with it!

A silly story from earlier today. 
 

My buddy asked if his tyre looked flat. 
Yes, the wheel was on the ground. 5psi!

 

He wanted to know where he could get it repaired. 
 

A quick check showed that both rear Tyres were below the legal minimum. Decent brand tyres too. 
 

The fronts were Ling Long ditchfinders. 
 

The spare in the boot was a brand new Hankook. Still with the factory QC labels. 
 

He has owned this Hyundai new since 2015 but never put anything except cheapest part-worns on it. 
 

I suggested to put the new tyre on and get a part worn on the spare, then get another proper Hankook and get both onto the front axle. 
 

He exploded with rage. Not worth the money etc.

 

Meanwhile he is hooning around with 2 baby seats in the back.
