The coolest car you’ve owned

I’ve had well over a hundred cars over the years and some of them were pretty cool.

I think that my W123 with a taxi sign on the roof is cool but the coolest car I’ve ever owned must be this 1990 Mercedes Benz R129 500SL.

I remember seeing one of those 500sl's  parked outside a swanky hotel in the early 90s and thinking one day, it was also white but with white or cream leather.

For me probably my E34 BMW 540i Touring (M288TSO), it was the dogs bollocks in 1998 when I bought it at 4 years old, a proper 'Q' car and a world away from the other loud stuff I'd previously owned, I was only 26 and my mates thought I was mad, until they went in it! It was always fun when I was towing my (folding) caravan pissing sales reps off in their 2 litre Mondeo's and Cavaliers and guys in Golf GTi's and RS2000's when it left them for dead

I've no pics as my hard drive with the pics on went awol but It looked just like this

If others were judging then maybe my 200SX or Supra Turbo for the Jap car fans or the XK8 Cab for the old farts, I've been lucky enough to own plenty of interesting and attainable cars so there's quite a few that people might think are cool such as the TT, Ford Puma 1.7, E36 328i, Jag XJ6, Saab 900T16 (that also was a cool car but second to the 540) and plenty of others I wish I still had but they were just cars and I was forever changing them.

2014 for a short while.. we got 20k for it .   It didn't look as good  then mind..  it wasn't actually mine.,  my sister inherited it and didn't want it , and asked me to flog it . And i needed a car like that like a hole in the head at the time..

Two mk1 Granadas, Cortinas mk3 and 5 (both 2.0), two Vauxhall PAs, two Metros (both A-series, and one of them a van!) plus a bunch of Detroit motors.  One stands head-and-shoulders over the others though:
