My mother (59) and my uncle (61), had a big argument last night.  I was dreading him coming this year.

 

Not sure if this is a grump or not because he's fucked off to my Grandmother's.  On the one hand, he's upset my Mum, on the other hand he's fucked off elsewhere.

Seems now to be that someone in the Citroen was allegedly nicking booze, left and started a confrontation over one, the alleged theft and two getting out of the car park (they appear to be driving the wrong way in the car park system). Add various angry shoppers.

I'll bet that is the valve under the knob. You may be able to tighten the insert slightly to stop it if you are lucky.

That'll be why the boiler was losing pressure. I was hoping it wasn't a leaking pipe.

Wrap a bit of toilet roll around it - which will show where the leak is from.  Dry it all first.

I'm going to guess it's not the valve, I don't recall the carpet feeling wet, but the underlay was.

 

I'll nosey when I get home.

 

Knowing my luck it'll need the floor chipping up.

Also just saw that. Number plate suggests to me it’s either a rental or Motability.

I had suspicion of either a rental or mobility. But regarding the attack on their vehicle no matter what they have alleged to have done in the shop they will say they fled for fear of their life

Dunno about that. Caught attempting to steal a shed load of booze, with a hire car, attempt to flee the wrong way in a one way car park, end up seriously injuring at least one person and smashing up other people's cars...I think they deserved to be terrified by the 'mob' to be fair.
