Six-cylinder has a whole set on the Rover 75 he is breaking. Think they are the same as yours. Look at the tail end of Matt27's thread about his neighbour attacking his Rover 75... there is a photo. Suggest you drop him a PM if they are any use to you! :-)

I have a full set of 75 Crown alloys that have decent tyres on them if you still want a full set. I was thinking of using them on mine, but you obviously need them a bit more.

Feel free to send me a PM to talk about them.

Dyane rear seat, surplus to requirements. Upholstery knackered, but folding frame etc. OK.

Useful to someone?

Anyone after a spot welder? I have one of these I bought for a project-https://www.machinemart.co.uk/p/csw13t-spot-welder-with-timer/

Runs happily off a 13A socket, never tried welding 3mm to 3mm but that may need the bigger current.

Had very little use (perhaps 150 spots) and I have a pair of long reach electrodes I will include that are brand new in the bag. Ideally collect from Tamworth as it’s heavy but could pack up and post if needed. Pic below. All in it was about £720 with the electrodes, £450 or thereabouts buys it.

Also in non motoring for sale as fuck knows which it actually falls under so both seemed the best idea.

Whitworth combination spanners £10

MX5 mk1 propshaft £0 free to collector (as in someone who picks it up, not some ducking weirdo who has decided to collect propshaft, how strange would that be? Although as I have six spares at my last count I could be that weirdo if I’m not careful).

Need to raise some pennies quickly for a new purchase. Does anyone want the spotwelder and spare electrodes for £350? It’s less than half price at that and pretty much new. Runs off a normal plug. Please pm me if you are interested. Will pack up and post in that price.

Wanted 4 bleed screws for Ford calipers. I do not know if they are M16 (M for Metric) or P16 (P for imPerial) so if anyone has 2 of each that they would sell, please let me know. One or other must fit but I'm not sure which ones I need, or how to find out since measuring the one remaining one I have has shown its neither 10mm or 3/8" which is what I'd have expected.

you can get them for a couple of quid of a pair off any motor factors, what year is the car?as it will be a good indication of which thread was used at the time.

i should add they call the older stuff UNF thread

A set of 4 plastic wheel trimz for a Volvo. That much I am certain of. As to which model, the only one I can think they may have come from was a 940 Turbo I used on track days! FOC to a shiter if collected, will post for cost of postage or collect at Shitefest 18, happy to store them until then or they will go in the bin if no one wants them.

15" steel covers for a low spec facelift 740.

I'd have them for my spare steels but I need 14"s.

Took me camera, zoomed through the missing window ...being a nosey  parker i took a picture of it  ! Too rough  ? i could make enquiries as to who owns it....

You are correct, it was a 740 Turbo with basic spec, not a 9 series. I think you need them for your spares pile in case you get another! :-D

WANTED: one of those ultra slim underseat subwoofers, anyone got something kicking around?

The backbox on the rover 220 of many is on its last legs, i tried my local factors but they dont have any in the country!

So ive had to resort to ebay but there seems to be more than one choice, is this the case? I dont want to buy one and it turns out wrong.

It was rough when I had it, Rimmer bros had some in stock at a reasonable price but as I was moving it on I didn't go down that road. Hope she's holding up ok otherwise !

ok thanks for that, its holding up ok apart from a stray cone twatting the front wing and a crack in the screen, Looking a bit sorry for itself.

It happens when mods merge a thread I think. Yes I hate it too.

I think we have a new improved solution to avoid that.

Alright guys. Just putting the feelers out really; Looking for a decentish C22 Vanette the old '85-'94 shape, preferably with the 1.5 pez mill. Failing that, might be interested in a Toyota Liteace. Ideally whatever's around needs to be in panel van flava, mechanically sound and not stupidly rotten. I've got enough 'projects' strewn about the place to last a lifetime and the next one! I realise the roads aren't exactly teaming with these things, but if anyone knows of one that fits the bill, you lot will!

Cheers

Doesn't putting the details into autotrader as an advert tell you it's catagory or if it's an outstanding stolen.

Not sure if this is quite the right thread for this request, but is there anyone who would be prepared to go and have a look at a car in Bishops Stortford for me? Beer tokens can be exchanged.

There's an 85 diesel one for sale for ages on Irish sites, not too shabby, around a grand iirc

Also this one; exceptionally saltily priced, fine overspray on exhaust and leaf springs, but solid looking

But who'd spend 2.5k on it?
