The end of year awards dinner and dance for the Rallycross championship I cover for TV - the championship made the very kind gesture of putting up a trophy in memory of my girlfriend and invited me to present it, and everyone had a very enjoyable evening of grub, quizzes and raffles, awards, a Scalextric competition with some great Group B rally car models - and followed of course by an almighty piss-up.
