Followed the link when it first came up and thought they looked like value, as the lights were cheaper than new bulbs for my existing lights outside my shed, both of which have blown. Thought I would order 2 for there, then added a third to replace the one on the house. Then thought these would work well IN the shed where I needed more light. So I ordered 10 (I am doing this right, yes?)

Arrived Saturday and quality looks very good, will start fitting them soon....

With all that kit are you going to start venturing into low budget porn, as well as the vacuum cleaner porn?

Glad I’m not the only one who thought that!

This is a bit of an odd one. I was searching Google Images for something entirely unrelated when I happened across a picture of a good mate's bike...........

Very sorry to read this, I knew of Boo through Flickr but didn't realise the sad reason as to why his uploads had stopped.

It was my birthday at the weekend - I'd been joking around saying that I didn't want a birthday cake, I wanted a birthday pie instead - nephew gm came up with the goods :)

Nice, I'd be happier with a birthday pie!

My mum said I've finally become old as I asked for a water butt for my birthday... And I was only 33 in September...

V5 has arrived for the Scirocco with the correct engine/ fuel change details.

Only took the DVLA eight months.

My new work light courtesy of @beko1987.

It turns the room from dark into broad daylight. Unbelievable for the money. I joined two together and added 15m  1mm flex with a 13amp plug.

What size fuse should it have?

There's a camera in it -  beko knows what you're doing every time you turn it on :D

Lovely hoon in the van from Aylesbury up to the A43, through a lot of the roads around Stowe, which made me all nostalgic about the FOTU.

knobheads , the ones that cant park ..

went to the farm shop o the way home , it has a field for a car park ,one with a fucking duck pond and a big greenhouse , get the size !

so I parked my car with its arse end towards the shop door so I could dump the sack of spuds in it .

paid the dosh , then got the spuds and walked out to 3 cars , mine , a blue one yards away and knobheads parked up the side of mine ,with  the "6 inch gap " .

he saw me coming with the spuds , I dumped them in the boot , he did not look at me , I squeezed between my old car and his nice new white one .shhhhhzzzzee

banged his mirror ," whoops"   still did not look at me , opened my door and squeezed in , leaving the door open towards his drivers door ...

put my belt on , started the car , looked at him , he still did look at me ..was staring out of the windscreen

shut the door and drove off , he then moved his car ...

I hardly lead an exciting life these days.

That's the retort I used to use when I had a Huawei. Any poor bastard assigned to spy on me is going to have a hard time! Even Google struggles showing me 'relevant' ads, and Facebook!

I'm not privacy secure or anything, I'm just very boring!

Got myself a lovely jaunt down to Plymouth tomorrow, only slight minus is getting up at 4am, but small sacrifice for being able to watch the sunrise as it happens halfway down the M5.

The giveaway is the wipers on the camera car. Aston Martins are deathtraps in the rain. I got overtaken by a DPD Sprinter on the road between Stowe and Cheltenham on streaming wet roads last December. I was bricking it on every bend, if I’d been in my poxy little E Class diesel rather than the clients brand new DB11 V12, I’d have been going 20 mph faster even on my Chinese Ditchfinders.

Nothings faster than a courier van though!

Was walking back from school the other morning and heard what I thought was an xud or modern 7 year old BMW that's had 3 oil changes its whole life but it was a 70 plate DHL sprinter with a dented rear door. He flew off up the road

After what seemed like forever trying to find another car to replace the daily Fiesta, I finally hit the jackpot yesterday morning.

I initially went to view another car but he said ‘I’ve got another one here exactly the same, you can try both if you want’.

So I popped over and ended up buying this....

Yes, another Fiesta! It’s a 2006 1.25 Zetec Climate with 112k on the clock. A full year’s ticket with a full service including timing belt change (done about an hour before I drove it), a brand new coolant bottle and new headlamps as the old ones were incredibly cloudy. There was a book pack plus a stack of receipts for previous work done - and I’m 95% convinced it’s had a new clutch recently as the bite point is very low. Drove perfectly with no noises or rattles.

Picking it up Saturday.

Blimey, not just a Bluebird, but a Bluebird Turbo! Looks like it was used in at least one other sketch as well.

Don't remember watching that series at all.

Thanks to the wonders of the internet, I now own a hub cap  from a Princess. Oddly, it came from a town only a few minutes away from mine.

Now I just need an Allegro/Maxi hub cap to go along side it.

I love that sketch. I’m desperate to know where a very similar one  (with monkeys) was filmed. Screenshot below. I have a feeling it’s in Kent but don’t know.

You don't get that problem at Lidl. Oh no.
