One of my customers recycles PVc and every vehicle on fleet has a private plate that says CNC for the company name ... One of his artics has HE11 PVC

I saw this last year, can't remember if I put it on here back then.

Somewhat appropriately it was outside an antiques shop.

It appears in that old "5000 Cherished Plates" book that I recently picked up, back in 1972 it belonged to an auctioneer in Clacton-on-Sea. Not a million miles away from where I saw it, maybe it's still in the family?
