Book day at school today, we find out last night (as always).

Yellow shirt, black shorts, yellow socks and a hat, complete with baseball and mitt- boy went to school as Charlie Brown.

Not bad for twenty minutes with some spray paint...

Also the stew and dumplings (basically dough and root veg in (meat-based?) gravy) accompanied by bread (not acceptable to coeliacs/gluten-intolerants) and butter - a dairy product from a meat animal!

Coming home today, a big surprise. I found myself attempting to keep up with a Ford. And once again got the message...."don't ever say there cannot be any of those in this country". T'was a Corsair Crayford Convertible. Doing more than the 100kph speed limit. 

This one, looking a bit poorly, paint was in a bad way, but obv.  Mechanically ok.

Today I went to the Morgan museum in Rolvenden (Kent). 

Well worth a visit; it's basically a blokes shed, filled with Morgans, Morgan-related tat, and non-Morgan related tat. On arrival, the chap at the entrance said 'It's through there, the light switch is in the right' which set the tone very well. 

It's not that big, but it's really packed in there-so much so that you won't be able to get into the second room if you're fat or clumsy. 

Locals are probably aware of it, but if you're passing through blink and you'll miss it so I thought it was worth mentioning. Worth every penny of the £4 entry fee.

There's a shop at the front which sells the sort of non-car parts stuff you'd get at an auto jumble. 

9.5/10, would visit again.

Vitalite is vegan, so I am told.  My vegan-baker daughter says so anyway.

It may well be, but the board states 'bread and butter', so is misrepresenting, at least. Good on your daughter, but for how long does she bake her vegans?
