Been robbing the store, probably not for the first time, then no doubt mouthing off at the staff member outside…I can’t lip read but I’m pretty sure he wasn’t apologising for being a thieving little twat and begging the shop lad for forgiveness having just realised the error of his ways.

Although to fair, being plastered all over social media having his arse handed to him on a plate by a one armed store assistant is probably far more of a punishment in his mind than anything he could hope to receive from the justice* system.

The only thing that could have improved it would have been if the staff member had thrown him in front of a bus....

2 sheered locking wheel nut keys later. A die grinder and chisel to get the ring off then it was time for the Autoshite tradition.

The potential house move has got complicated by an issue found on the new place, which might be a cause for an entry on the grump thread, but I'm trying to look on the bright side and going through 'stuff' as part of a much-needed life laundry has thrown up a few things which had gone missing in action like this old, terrible photo:

1971 Austin 3-Litre Ambulance CWD 121J (1990s)

Taken in an Ipswich multi-storey back in the mid-late 1990s, I reckon no later than '97. It looked like it was in regular use and was certainly an unexpected thing to see.

Found out that it's still on the road and looking to be in good health, it was at Gaydon just last month.

I also found some postcards which I knew I'd got but had eluded me for some years, and my big list of "Cars Driven" I kept from 1988 until it got lost around 2004 (going by the last entries). I'll scan that at some point, it listed everything I had a go in even if it was just a brief drive. Might even attempt to update it, which could be a challenge......

This has probably been posted before, but hey, whenever i'm feeling a bit glum, (which is quite often) I play this.

Some session drummer losing his mind at a kids singalong. MEGALOLZ M9.
