This has been parked up near our family house for a few months. Noticed today it has a sticker on the windscreen saying it will be towed away.

Some odd airbrushed panels on it, no doubt @Cavcraft would add some witty comments for them.

This Mazda has been outside some shops round the corner from my place for some time now, it appeared there one day with a flat tyre and no other visible damage, the tyre has now come off the rim.  Still taxed and tested so not sure what's going on with it.

Possibly the owner tried to move it without fixing (or noticing) the flat, and perhaps now wishes they hadn’t! 

I take it the white marks on the ground next to the exposed rim are unrelated?

It wouldn't surprise me in the least if the owner has been driving it around like that for some time without even noticing!

This appeared at a busy junction around a week ago which seems to coincide with the last change of keeper, a collection caper gone wrong?

Mustang II update: since the removal of the CPT, the car has been moved to the other side of the road. So technically, it's not a "dumped car".
