The Ziebart treatment is only effective on glass it seems, even their stickers had rust stains on one of my cars.

To be fair it does say on the description the shell is too far gone to be saved(I paraphrase). Apparently the owner died 25 years ago and it was left to rot on a driveway. Hopefully it can be used as a source of spares.

Yeah, it is, but good chance the frame isn't quite straight anymore.
