827s were the remit of The Traffic Gods and folks like the Royalty Protection bods - we were not worthy - never heard much moans/groans/rumours about them to be honest. I'm guessing that A68 driven hard was bending/stretching bits of the cars that the designers had not considered when laying out a wafty barge?

It's difficult to describe the number of severity of the sharp crests on this fairly main road. The issue was the car would land differently to it taking off..if that makes sense? Something like 12% crests.

Yup - bendy monocoque setup probably not helped by a ton load of kit in the boot?

Given it hasn't done 50k yet, what price would you think reasonable ? £3k ?

It didn't sell in August.

Whereas this one with a few extra miles  sold for £4400 earlier in the year.

TBF, the Ami is only slightly better!

To be fair, you can't drive an Ami on the pavement or around the inside of Asda and get away with it.

Looking at Lada Rivas (as you do) and Google suggests I might like to buy this 'luxury and performance' example.

TWELVE. THOUSAND. POUNDS. For a Lada. That'll be a no from me.
