Anyone got a spare set, or can make them, of those little metal U shaped things for getting radios out?

 

Get a wire coat hanger and make your own set - thats what I've always done and it works fine.

Anybody got any of those Nylon seat covers  (the waterproof ones) ?

 

I need a couple to use in the Volvo 343 as it's got the mintiest of mint seats, and I'd like to look after them.  The 'generic' seat covers you get from Halfords etc won't fit because, by the looks of things, the A Frame headrests don't come out of the seats... so they won't fit.

Aye they are a ballache to remove, but it can be done.

From memory, they made it much easier to remove with the same style 200 series seats.

I'm starting to see where the Volvo reputation for engineering came from.

I think I'll stick with nylon overcovers and use elastic to fasten them.

I have a couple of original printing plates that were used in mags/ papers. They are both adverts for minis. I planned to mount them as a nice wall display but need the money, if anyone is interested I can get pics up.

Thanks to a stripped thread on the turbo drain, I need the oil filter assembly for a 2001 Saab 2.0 petrol turbo (black top engine), as seen in this piccy (the bit with 2 bolts at the top). Cash/broken Xbox waiting...

Don't bother with the jack - the one supplied with a Zafira A is the only one I've ever had fail on me. Fucking lethal things.

 

Euro Car Parts or CarParts4Less will do an 075 for so cheap that you might as well buy new rather than messing around with postage

I'd be interested in a cheap double DIN head unit if anyone has one knocking about.

 

Not after anything fancy like telly, DVD etc, something 90s looking with loads of buttons and aux in would be good.

one RST slice leather jacket in UK size 54

 

was after £50, but can do it for £40 plus post (about £6) to a shiter:
