barrett Posted February 2, 2022 Posted February 2, 2022 Look you lot, somebody do me a solid and buy this thing so I don't have to, yeah? Now, you know I HAT Fr0ds because I'm a sophisticated gent and they're cars for knuckle-draggers BUT these things are so WEIRD MAN! Only built for two years, they were rare when they were new but were supposedly loads better than the Mk3 and supposedly go and handle really well. I love the mishmash styling, and the interior looks pretty mega. This one has a clean MoT until July and, although it has a few crusty bits, I reckon would respond really well to some fairly minor cosmetic fettling. Put it away in a nice dry barn and cash-in in a few years when this model is totally extinct. It's £500 and just up the road from me. Controversially, I actually like the Mk6 Escort. Particularly in estate form. I wouldn't mind an estate for the lugging stuff to the tip and that.
