Well I don't think that they are "getting rare"[er] than they were 20 years ago - in fact the increase in value has probably significantly slowed the rate of attrition.

Quite a few for sale at the moment - not a particularly great steer and this one will probably need many ££'s and a large chunk of time. Frankly there are better things to do than live in the 50's...I had one years ago when they were £50 and nobody cared . The almost contemporary Audax Minx is a much better car if you fancy something from the 50's.

Asked the seller if he would consider putting an MOT on it to help with collection and also if he had the V5/RF101.

Its a no to both questions. Shame as I had the go ahead from Mrs Doug.
