I just missed out on that! Was second in the queue for it, guy said he was swamped with messages, unsurprisingly.

Yes, box is quite battered but it was only £2- the Escort is an OMHSS rockets

Picked these up at the bootsale today: The most expensive thing was the king size wrecker at £3 so I think I did reasonably well

I'm in Essex- as with F4A, I'll keep an eye out for them. I'll be back there within a week; stocks were quite low on all the sets, generally with fantasy sets being left.

It's a 1964 Ford Fairlane

I'll keep an eye out for one, but I think I'm unlikely to see another one to be honest. If I do find one, I'll keep you updated.

Just a quick note- my local Sainsbury's has Matchbox 5 packs reduced to clear at only £2.10!! I don't know if this is a one-off, but there are some bargains to he had. Edit

Just had this arrive- 99 pence eBay purchase. Typically, the seller also had an Xj-s going for the same amount, but I was sniped by 5 pence. Anyway, I'm happy with it. Looks good in blue and pairs well with the beige version

It's a real shame that that P76 is in such a state, didn't look bad in these pictures... although they're from 20 years ago. Chassis number one, aswell.

Funnily enough, I saw one of those Opels in Eden camp museum earlier in the year: Shame my rubbish photography obscures the plaque.

Go these two finished earlier today, absolutely love the colours, especially the Lincoln- in person it has a lovely metallic finish.

Since buying those from my local charity shop, Its sent me down a slippery (diecast) slope. Only bought a few (hundred) more since. Anyway... Here's a piston popper I finished today: Really pleased with it, one of my better restorations

Went to a show earlier, there was a good selection of cars there, but here's the highlights: Range Rover was interesting as it was converted to 4 door in 1988. My favourite of the show was this fabulous Transit clubmobil. Just so cool.
