Gave blood today. I'm O-, so they're always pestering me to donate and I do try. 

Anyway, got told today that my last round of blood was used for Neonates as I don't have some dormant cold virus that many of us just carry around (CMV). Made me rather happy that a unit of blood is probably enough for several little 'uns in NICU.

On some of the A9 litter bins, I noticed a while ago Flat Earthers have daubed FE on them. The last time I went up the A9, some of the Fs have been changed to Rs - presumably for Round. 

Amused me anyway sitting at 64mph with cruise control on.

Had a day off work, come out in the camper for a couple of nights and had a lovely big long walk up on kinder scout. Feel much better for it as my stress levels were about 9000%

I took the most obscure routes around the quieter areas, and only came across two people all day. One of them was my favourite youtube personality (Pat Dickinson) and we had a really good chat. That's made my week really, what a sad bastard!
