Is it brown?

no it is white with shotgun damage to the driver's side rear quarter We've drawn up a list of what needs doing for an mot and it's now nova declared. Was driven to Scotland in 2006 but the Bulgarian own bulgered off and left it.The electronic ignition was fried so the new owner installed points and on Wednesday it was going all Crazy Frog.

A rare glimpse of my fleet all in a line at the bottom of our street. And yes I know the Snoozer isn't straight - sorry for any of you with OCD

I have decided to be more positive.

Therefore, all the parts I just replaced that didn't solve the problem I at least know aren't part of the problem.

That was probably 1996, newest vehicle is L reg, the red Fez hasn't fallen apart around the rear arches. That's the nearest June 26 that was a Saturday.

Nice and up to date then. I guess they wanted a royalty-free image.

Satire dear boy. Political figures have been satirised since democracy was introduced by the Greeks, it’s part of a fine thousands of year old tradition. Enjoy it!

Friday 13th and the lightning bolt missed my house (by about 8ft) in the early hours of the morning. HUGE BANG!

Okay, power was out for a while (until 4:00pm) but no-one hurt - and only damage was the power pole it hit!

Steps away from political argument... :)

It was a brave attempt by NnW to un-derail the politics with a commentary on the vehicles within the motorcade, I must applaud that.

Lucky. I had to fix a melted power socket, and there's a big scorch mark on the floor where the cable TV coaxial wire exploded at the crimp and caught fire.

Although you can't be sure that the new parts won't have introduced a new fault due to poor manufacturing quality and the fall that they've been rolling around in your boot for weeks

Oh dear, the mum of some annoying little wanker with his annoying little football has apparently started working nights. I hope I don't accidentally slip and treat the wankers to some Carter USM on full tilt around 11.30am.

Previous grump about losing gears in the daily can be disregarded as I can haz gears again.

No idea what I did but resetting the gearchange cables as per youtube advice merely resulted in the loss of another gear. Petulantly swearing and putting things back to roughly where they were magically restored full gearbox operation again - I have no idea how or why but not complaining.

Change from 2nd to 3rd feels slightly vague but considering I haven’t had 2nd all week i’ll take that. And naturellement I broke a piece of trim around the gearstick during the process but that should be easier and cheaper to replace than a shifter mechanism. Or a gearbox. So overall I will consider that a win. Total cost so far - one pair of disposable gloves, circa six squirts of spray grease, one blast of WD40. Thats practically free in my book!

If your tweeters can do it, I've always wondered about some 20k-18k Hz test tones. "Mum what's that buzzing?" "What buzzing?"

Fun fact, they were asked by Suzuki to do some PR for the Vitara and briefly changed the band's name to Now With ABS to reflect the safety features.

No, more likely now I'll have spares of things that'll never break.

Correction:  spares of things that never break until you throw them away.

Leave them in the boot or you will never find them if needed.

(Until you buy another replacement)

It's too bloody hot (weather man says 32 feels like 37) but I decided to try risk heat exhaustion in the sun and tidied up the flowers because the weeds are growing rampant.

Worth it, looks nice when it's all tidy.

Had this wild ass idea about going to work on the car and doing the suspension but.. meh. Maybe tomorrow.

Made these yesterday, and today. Absolutely amazing and dead easy.

I've no idea how, but smashing them down like this keeps the burger incredibly moist. By far and away the best burger I've ever made, I'll never buy pre-made burgers again, they're shit in comparison.

Most gastropub 4cm thick, dry as fuck super tall impossible to eat burgers are a pox on the industry and should be outlawed.

My mate has had his nova off road for years shoved up the corner of his yard where he couldnt work on it and has not had any motivation on it because it wouldn't run, so popped around earlier unearthed it made it run to show him nothing major is wrong (fuel pump is buggered) and moved it so he can work on it, fingers crossed that it gives him the motivation to get it back on road
