That crusty camper lives on the main road down to Bowness, which is probably where you saw it, the local snobs hate it.

Pic of the crusty camper, it's pretty good really.

Every time the current Corsodyl (mouthwash) advert is on (every break it seems) in my head I hear the narration as 'If you shit blood, you may have bum disease'.

Nothing funny about shitting blood, but for those of you from forrin 'bum disease' was the UK equivalent of cooties when I was at school.

So, a mate of mine was off playing soldiers in Albania with the RAF Regiment last summer.

He brought me this back - the fuel filler cover off a MiG-15 jet he found in a military scrapyard  :-)

Drain cover?

I thought it would be nice as an LPG nozzle cover on the V8 Disco, but it's a bit too big (about 8" diameter).

Also, I've just worked out it's not a fuel filler cap - the wording on it translates as "Control command" so it's probably a cover for e.g. avionics or similar.

Mrs H's GP was concerned that she may have PCOS.  Cue much worrying for us...  we're not trying at the moment, but we would like to have kids in the future.

Ultrasound scan today and all is well, everything working just as it should.  The Dr who did the ultrasound seemed a bit surprised that she was there even, not a hint of anything wrong.

Grin 1 for the immense relief, grin 2 for how amazing the quality of modern ultrasound is!  You can see so clearly.

Like all Autoshiters, you'll keep it for when you buy a MiG-15.

You'll then throw it away years later before winning an eBay auction for said MiG-15 three days later. It won't have a fuel filler cap.

Was looking at a 1986 issue of Classic Cars mag with a Riley 4/68 featured, out of curiosity put the reg into the Mot checker and it's still alive and well albeit only clocking up around 100 miles between tests nowadays

Normally people who dither along in the snow piss me off, but in the last 24 hours I've had two of them pull over to let me past.  That's never happened to me before.

I think that's a MiG-17 as it's got three wing fences.

Doesn’t look that small, I’d guessed at 3.5 x3.2m but schedule says it’s over 5m long.

Pointless table in front of the oven doesn’t help, I reckon the agent put it there.

Annoyingly it's dead now, I put it's last mot on it, then sold it and it's expired now. Poor thing, cast aside when I got my Xm! Only had 75k on it too!

Wow, had me reflecting on the dollshouse fruitcake as well, I don't think it's him, the price is 500K shy and there's no lampshades made from human skin or creosote smeared Honda moped parts wrapped up in womens knickers.
