Just had a conversation with a customer.

Him " what car are you driving ".. Me "well I've still got the Land Rover, the Peugeot and this little Nissan"

Him " what, three cars , why are you driving three cars ". Me " because the Range Rover is on sorn. And why not"

Didn't want to tell him about the other two on sorn as he couldn't get his head around someone wanting to run three cars nevermind owning six.

The Horizon is the delightful female riders car.

The land crab was a customers car that my neighbour was welding up.

The Sherpa wasn't around long, that neighbour was a twat and could not hold a job down...

So, tomorrow is a clear work diary (apart from one easy teams call) and I will be syncing up TMS and Sky Sports for Day 2 at Headingley. Weather is iffy so the TMS team will have to talk even more ballcocks than they normally do.

16th of June

Nearside Headlamp aim too high (4.1.2 (a))
Offside Headlamp aim too high (4.1.2 (a))

22nd of June

Offside Headlamp aim too low (4.1.2 (a))
Nearside Headlamp aim too low (4.1.2 (a))

im disappointed that on the 24th of June the MOT tester did not put

Headlamp aim just right

in the advisories somewhere LOL

I was slightly annoyed by the failure on Wednesday - I was wondering why he didn't just adjust the headlights up while they were on the beam checker.  Turned out that at some point between the first test and me taking it in for a retest, the headlight beam deflectors had fallen off...

I know its Italian and all but it seems to be dissolving at an alarming rate if the additionally advisory of

Corrosion to some body panels

from the 22nd to the 24th is anything to go by!

maybe the beam deflectors rusted away...

That'll probably be the rust along the bottom edge of the passenger side door, which he wouldn't have spotted on the initial test as he couldn't get the door open...

New addition to the fleet, modelled here by MrsR but used by us both...

This is named, for obvious reasons, Madge.  Actually it's both handy and fun.

Finally actually got my ADHD diagnosis in writing after seeing the nurse at the clinic instead of the psychologist, who turned out never to have properly finished my diagnosis. Nurse was loads better at her job.

I'm really fucking pleased, 'cause the check up revealed my blood pressure is back to normal (was pretty high in winter), and since Christmas I've lost 16kg - two and a half stone

It's "used" so there's no option list...

I'm 50 today and going to the plate day at Newcastle races. Plumbase where I get my gear from gave me two tickets with a value of £700.

Champagne reception, three course dinner, drink as much as you want, evening meal then Pete Tong and his 65 piece orchestra later on.

I know nowt about horses (good thing right?) but usually have a flutter maybe a £5er a race with seven races.

A mate owes a favour so is picking us up at 11. I fitted a bannister for her auntie so she is picking us up later on.
