Saw what I remember as MI5 1 CAV in Durham yesterday.

DVLA doesn't beat this out so the "1" was probably another digit.

Tried 1~9 and no luck, perhaps the 'I' was an 'L' that was doctored a bit.

Must get a dashcam as the memory is crap.  Also, two people, one in the usual Q9, pulled out in front of me.  That is fairly infrequent around here though.

Years ago I used to see OUD 1T around here on a Volvo 340.

That’s the guy who owns several night clubs in Guildford. He lives in richard bransons old farm just outside Guildford. I’ve seen his hummer there on walks- he thinks he’s above planning rules and had to demolish a large extension which he’d described as a garden office.

I have this rather excellent tome, car numbers 1904-1974, a pre-internet attempt to list all the interesting registrations by a Mr Noel Woodall. 

I occasionally have a Flick through to find stuff like PEP 51, in 1974 it was on a Japanese coupe I can't quite place. I'm sure PepsiCo would love it
