If anyone has or knows the whereabouts of James Taylor's book "rover P4 - the complete story" for less than it costs to buy one I would be eternally grateful if you could point it in my direction. Might be able to do a deal on his SD1 book (rather good) which also seems to command stupid high prices if I can find it in my pile of "reference material".

Possibly for sale if I can find it. 1958 (I think or might be 57) English language Wartburg 311 workshop manual. I know of no other copy anywhere else but I'm happy to be proved wrong. I bought it when I had my '57 (YFF 416) but I can't see me ever having another.

 

I might have a German trabbi manual too but I'd have to dig really hard in the boxes of shite I have lying around.

 

Some more books might become available when I can be arsed.

WANTED-Jawa or CZ motorbike, preferably a complete runner, 175cc and above. Cosmetics not really an issue, as they were never pretty things. I'm riding down to see my mates in Czech Republic again next year, so it would be good to attempt getting there on a bike made there.

 

ALSO would like a French Monet Goyon, preferably a late model Starlette. I spoke to a mate in Melle this morning (having visited him two weeks ago) to ask if he could look out for one for me, to be told there is a MG (Money Goyon, not the 4 wheeled chod) museum in the town. I'd like a complete bike, as I plan to use it with all it's Gallic charm and patina. This will not be for restoration, but to use as is.

Duratec SE - Zetec 1.6   the cam belt tensioner gave up, the head is off and damage looks to be some exhaust valves only. Block, head, mainfolds, cat, cams, starter, alternator etc.  all there  50km engine.  £60  GU2 7XH. will add photos later.
