Yes, sounds a good plan to me.
Somebody who needs ramps, gets ramps.

Cool beans, PM me if they're still present. Can collect whenever suits to get them out of your way.

Shame to scrap the ramps but not worth the trip for me to get them I am afraid.
However we will provide outdoor storage for any ramps that are in the way. Then any shiter who needs ramps can borrow them or take them to keep providing we are not down to our last pair. The scheme is under way and with have 3 pairs at the moment.
The drawback is they need to arrive in Buckingham MK18

I was at my dad’s recently and he reminded me that this is still sitting in his garage. A nice piece of test kit. Last time I powered it up, all the modules worked bar one but I can’t remember which one. Free to a shitter. Collection only in Fife due to size.

Bit more work on scrambler. My mate welded in this hoop for me. I think it finishes the rear of the frame off nicely.

Hi, In November I "passed" my CBT. Taking some advice from you guys I got a Chinesium bike in the style of a scrambler. Its called a WK Scrambler 125 and I am really pleased with it. 5 speed, great on fuel, can hit 70 but is happier at 65. Had no problems at all in 900 miles so far. Serviced it myself once already. Here's a pic.

With the crossmember done, it was onto the rear spring mounts.
Passenger side one had repairs, and the drivers side I pretty much had to fabricate.

Hi all, I’m going to try to keep this updated as a diary of work done on my old Fourtrak.
I bought this a few years ago but have only recently got going on it properly, with several other projects on the go, times been scarce.
Ill start with the main job, the rear crossmember. When I bought the truck this tube had snapped on the drivers side. This ruptured the brake pipes, and ruined all the already tired suspension bushes.
So, out with the crossmember...
The original is round tube, the new 3mm wall box section, it actually holds the anti tramp bars.
Yes the Fourtrak has a 5 linked rear suspension, and an LSD. Because race car!
I didn’t take many pics at this time, so I’m trying to improve this and maybe a thread will motivate me to document it.

None of the 125's are really worth the asking IMO it's just skewed by the learner laws, especially when you cam get a perfect SV650 for the same money which is a proper bike.

Mate I just did that in November after years of nagging from mates!. I have ridden crossers and field bikes before. CBT was about £120 with hire of everything. My exact thoughts were I can do a CBT to see if I like it. Put it this way I booked my first lesson for my full licence today!
